Neda Parvini

I’m an Application and Web Developer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering and over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to a wide range of software development projects, taking on roles as a team member, director, and independent freelancer. These experiences have shaped my ability to approach challenges from both technical and strategic perspectives.

In my current role as an Application Developer (Information Technology Specialist I classification) in CSLB, I focus on full-stack development across all stages of the software lifecycle. I work with web services, application interfaces, and database systems to build reliable and scalable solutions using Java, C#, VB.NET, JQuery, HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, SQL Server and XML.

I earned a Full-Stack Developer Certificate from the University of California, Davis in 2022, and I also hold certifications such as Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) and Dynamic Website Development with PHP & MySQL.

Beyond development, I have a deep passion for web and graphic design and enjoy bringing ideas to life from the ground up. I’m always looking for ways to learn, improve, and refine my work.
